I did try disabling Firebug and it works great now, so thank for the suggestion and please consider this issue resolved! The drag-and-drop is working fine for me. Try clearing cache? Do you have firebug or something like that running that may interfere with the .js? It has worked in the past and I do have some other plug-ins installed. Not sure if this is a bug for everyone, maybe there are some thing I could check. Not sure how the drag is handled, but I see the 4 arrow mouse, but only end up highlighting text when I try to drag and drop (however I know I did this successfully before in either the pre-upgraded plug-in or WP 2.8.4). Thanks for any help!
