That's the error message I get when I click on the link in the following message:

"Organize Series is almost ready. You must visit the Settings Page for the options to be initialized."

Also, I don't see an Organize Series link in the Settings sidebar in my Admin page.

I'm running WordPress 2.8.5, hosted by DreamHost, with the Thesis 1.6 theme.

I thought this odd but then I was able to reproduce your report. Something funny definitely going on here. I'll take a look tonight and try to get a fix out.
