An excellent plug in and I am going to miss using it.

There’s no reason for you to miss it Porter! Check the Organize Series Page and you’ll see that there’s a new version (2.0.3). This fixes the problem you described 🙂
I am just starting out with blogging. I have wondering how people split posts into a series. I know I have read a lot of articles that have the part 1,2,3,etc thing., usually like a magazine article over several months. Anyway, I will try this plugin after church and see if it will do what I want.

However (you saw that coming), is there a way to easily reorder posts within a series (like the pagemash plugin, except reorders posts within a series, rather than pages in menus)?
Sounds crazy, I know. It would be nice for people like me, who are drafting screenplays, and may add, edit, insert, or delete posts (scenes) in a series. Any ideas?
You mean other than by the series part number (attached to each post in the series)? I think that's what you mean, and that's already built-in. Just change the series part number for the post you want to reorder. All the other posts will automatically realign themselves to the new order.
